A deposit of 30% is required before project initiation, with progress payments scheduled at defined milestones. Final payment is due upon project completion. Financing options are available subject to credit approval. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
Home warranty coverage begins upon project completion and final payment. Warranty terms vary by plan selected. Claims must be filed through official channels. Pre-existing conditions and cosmetic damages are excluded. Full warranty details are provided in your warranty agreement.
Projects may be cancelled within 3 business days of signing the agreement without penalty. After this period, cancellation fees apply based on work completed and materials ordered. Warranty plans may be cancelled within 30 days for a full refund.
